		<description>There&#039;s little you can do, you just have to learn who the good guys are.  An inventor record is a schedule of what you are presenting to a company, which is effectively a record of the meeting and what further action(s) the manufacturer wants to take with your ideas/concepts.  An NDA is a Non Disclosure Agreement - most majors will not sign off an inventors NDA, they require their (mutual) NDA to be signed off.  Best of Luck.</description>
